The Row offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that footwear is returned with the original dust bags and within the undamaged designer box.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous tracking labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
